Whether we are creating your meal from beginning to end, or just supplementing what you've created, we're here to help. Here are some frequently asked questions.
"How do I place an order?"
Please complete and submit our inquiry form or call the restaurant at 469-623-3060 to speak with a cateringĀ specialist.
"How much notice do you need?"
A 72-hour notice may be required on some menu items. We allow for last-minute orders based on availability. However, dates do fill up quickly, especially during peak seasons, so please place your order at your earliestĀ convenience.
"Do you deliver?"
We provide delivery with a minimum purchase of $500, for a small fee based onĀ location.
"Do you set up and clean up?"
Yes, for an additionalĀ cost.
"Do you provide wait staff and party rentals such as China, flatware, and glassware?"
We have preferred vendors for additionalĀ services.
"Do you cater weddings?"
We cater to all different types of events with drop-off service. Please see the above questions about party rentals, wait staff, set up, andĀ cleanup.
"How is the food presented?"
We can either package catering items in to-go containers for you to transfer to your own serving dishes, or we can arrange them on disposable platters or disposable chafing dishes. A small fee will be charged for each disposable/re-usable platter or chafingĀ dish.
"Can I provide my own platters for you to use?"
We are unable to use outside platters. Please see the above question about how food isĀ presented.
"Do you offer tastings?"
We do offer formalĀ tastings.
"Can I customize menu items?"
We may be able to make changes to certain menu items to accommodate dietaryĀ restrictions.
"Do you offer custom menus?"
Our Catering Specialists can work with you to build a custom party package from our catering menuĀ selections.
"Do you require a deposit?"
We require a signed contract and a credit card to secure your order. We will charge the card 3 days prior to theĀ event.
